Life Scrawling 2 with Scarlett

A unique and challenging writing workshop with a real-live model.

Join us for an hour of relaxing poses with the beautiful Scarlett Ellson (she/her).

How does it work?

We join on Zoom for a quick introduction before moving into our poses:

• 3 x 2-minute poses
• 2 x 5-minute poses
• 1 x 10-minute pose
• 1 x 20-minute pose

Just like life drawing, you use the model as your inspiration - but instead of drawing, we write!

Do I have to write something specific?

No. In our first session, we had prose, poetry, random metaphors, elfchens and more. It's absolutely up to you to write whatever you are inspired to write.

Do I have to share my work?

Absolutely not! Life Scrawling is a safe space; you do not need to share any words if you do not want to.

How do you keep your model safe?

We have a few house rules to keep our models safe. These are as follows:

• Cameras must be on at all times
• No recording or screenshots of the session
• All attendees will be admitted to the meeting by the host
• We ask that attendees refrain from passing comment on the model's appearance - it is absolutely fine to write about the model's looks but please avoid negative or derogatory comments that focus specifically on weight/skintone
